General Speed Improvements

This one’s for our fellow nerds. We’ve upgraded our web framework and the language we use to write MxU, now running Rails 7 and Ruby 3 in production. Ruby 3 provides a small performance boost across the app, and Rails 7 (with its companion frameworks, Hotwire and Turbo) sets the groundwork for some exciting new feature we have planned. As for now, you’ll see a small speed increase across the app.
