MxU Dashboards Privacy Policy
1. Information we use
MxU Dashboards uses your existing MxU profile, including your name, contact information and profile photo where provided. When you sign in and use the app, we automatically collect your device name, app version, sign-in records and saved display preferences to provide dashboard access and operate and secure the service.
2. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the service, or when required by law. Service providers must provide the same or greater protection required by this policy and Apple’s privacy guidelines.
3. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
4. Your choices
Signing out removes saved account information from your Apple TV. For privacy questions, deletion requests, or withdrawal of consent, contact support@getmxu.com. Information legally required to be retained may be excluded from deletion.
5. Policy updates
We may update this policy as our practices change and will obtain consent when required.
