Training develops confident volunteers with the full MxU training library, custom content, onboarding, pathways, quizzes, and progress tracking. Services provides live dashboards and connected tools to prepare for and run Sunday, plus Leadership training and tools for your own training content. Each product can be purchased independently within the MxU platform. Complete brings both together.
Who counts as a team member?
Count staff and volunteers who need their own MxU access. Imported contacts without access, archived members and anonymous dashboard viewers don’t count. Count each named person once within the selected plan. Complete uses one shared allowance for everyone who needs access to either Training or Services. Capacity changes the number of people with access; every finite tier within a product includes the same features.
How do monthly and annual billing work?
Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are paid upfront at ten times the original monthly price, giving you 2 months free. The annual price shown per month is the annual payment divided by twelve, rounded to the nearest whole dollar. It is a monthly equivalent; the exact annual payment shown is charged upfront. All prices are USD. Switching billing frequency keeps your selected team size.
