Nav Bar Changes

We’ve simplified the top nav bar on all screens. On wider screens (i.e., not phones) we’ve removed the second row when you’re looking at content and moved its most common items (Topics, Playlists) into the main nav. The search bar has also moved to the top (on all screens). This will make it a little easier to jump around the app!
